4. Refund and Exchange Policy

4.1 Advisory Services

Clients may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no work has commenced. If we have begun providing services, refunds will be prorated based on completed hours. Clients may transfer unused hours to another appointment with advance notice of at least 48 hours. Certain on-demand sessions and recorded materials are non-refundable due to immediate delivery.

4.2 Informational Products

Purchasers of digital products may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the product content has been accessed. To request a refund, please contact us. After 20% access, digital items are non-refundable.

4.3 Physical Goods

Unopened physical goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Transfers of services are subject to availability and must be arranged at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

6. No Other Refunds

Except as expressly stated above, all purchases are final. No additional credits or adjustments will be provided. This policy ensures fair and consistent service for all clients.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on Domain TaxOneSmart.com.
